What are Beliefs?
Beliefs are opinion obtained by experience of a fact.
They generate our reality; they form our perception and our behaviour. We assume positive and negative beliefs through our live experiences, from other people or from environment. We collect them from our childhood without knowing the impact in our present or future time.
They are the basis of our personality and influence our state of mind, relationship, professional performance, self-esteem, self-love, body health including our religious and spiritual opinion.
Positive believes help us and generate our personal happiness and health. We are in a state of harmony.
Negative believes limit and sabotage unconsciously our live and our personal development. We would be in a mental and physical misbalance.
We usually know these limiting believes or if not, we can figure them out during discussion together.
If we find an important limiting belief this is like a diamond; the key which can change all aspects in our live in one time, everything is linked to each other.
We know what we do not want, but do we know what we want instead of?
